Does Pitabilities cater for weddings? Absolutely, Pitabilities enjoys bringing the Pitabilities truck experience to your special day. Whether it is your reception, after party or rehearsal dinner, we will make it a time to remember!

Other events? Pitabilities caters all kinds of events. Graduations, birthday parties, Bar-Mitzvah’s, corporate picnics and parties, church events, or anything you can think of.

Does Pitabilities have a service charge? Yes, An 18% service charge is add to all Pita Truck Caterings, this includes the gratuity. 

Should I pay an additional gratuity? No, we now include the gratuity for our staff in the service charge.

Does Pitabilities require a minimum order? Yes, our minimum food orders start at $750 (Mon-Wend), $1000 (Thur-Sun) for up to 3 hours’ of service time.

How does your pricing work? We have several options for catering depending upon your needs and the number of guest you would like for us to feed. In most cases, our caterings are a-la-carte, this way you only pay for what is used.

How do you keep track of the food you use? Pitabilities uses a POS system that keeps track of each order.

Is there a trip charge (or travel fee)? If the event is in Franklin County, there is NO trip charge. There may be a trip charge if outside of Franklin County.

How far in advance should I book a Pitabilities event? You can book as far in advance as you like. We always recommend contacting us as early as possible since our calendar fills up quickly. We have several events scheduled over a year in advance.

When is the total due? Balance is due at the end of the event.

What form of payments do you accept? Pitabilities accepts cash, credit cards, or company check with prior authorization. $35 charge for any returned checks.

I have filled out the Catering Request Form, does this mean I have booked the event? If not, how can I? No. It is just a Request, in order to secure your event, you would need to sign the Pitabilities Contract & pay the deposit.

Do you have an alternative to the Pitabilities Truck Catering? YES! Pitabilities offers our newest addition, the PitaBar (non-truck). Great for office meetings, family gatherings, from 20 to 200+ we can take care of the Pita’s for you.

Does Pitabilities provide trash cans, plates, utensils and napkins? Yes!

Is the Deposit refundable? Pitabilities requires a deposit to secure any event. If your event is cancelled: 30 or more days prior to the event date, the full deposit will be refunded 15-29 days prior to event, ½ of the deposit will be refunded 4-14 days prior to event, the full deposit will be retained by Pitabilities 3 days or less prior to the event, the full amount of the event will be retained / owed to Pitabilities.

Parking? You must verify that we are allowed to park at the event location, site. Any permits required will be the sole responsibility of the event coordinator.

Truck clearance (approx.): length: 30 feet; height: 9 feet; width: 12 feet; weight: 14,000 lbs.
